Saving pop tabs is easy and fun!

It may seem like a small act, but collecting pop can tabs can make a big difference. In fact, since its founding, the Pop Tab program has raised more than $800,000 for our chapter! 

These funds have helped cover program costs at our locations across the Twin Cities and Duluth and have had a significant impact on the families we serve.

Saving pop tabs is easy and fun! Schools, churches, scout troops, businesses, neighbors and families have all enjoyed collecting pop tabs, knowing that they are making a difference to the families.

Pop Tabs in the Classroom

Many schools collect pop tabs to give students a first-hand opportunity to learn about helping others. To assist teachers, we offer lesson plans designed for students in grades K-2 and 3-5. To request the Pop Tab lesson plan, email us.

How to get started collecting pop tabs

*RMH Northland Supporters: Drop off pop tabs at RMH Northland (503 East 3rd Street, Duluth) 7:30am – 9:00pm daily.    MORE INFO

Place a collection container in a central location at home, work, or school.

You may use your own container of any type. Attach a container label (Avery 5164) if you wish.

When your container is full: Drop off your pop tabs at our administrative offices during office hours (9am-5pm) any weekday.

You may order small, reusable pop tab collection houses.
