Near Essentia Health in DuluthSince opening in February 2021, this beautiful five-bedroom facility has given families with seriously ill and injured children a place to relax and regroup, just steps away from Essentia Health’s Duluth campus. Like our four Twin Cities locations, RMH Northland offers a caring and comfortable home-away-from-home to families navigating a child’s health crisis.

- Dinner every night and brunch on weekends
- Private nap and shower rooms for day use
- Laundry facilities
- A cozy living room with a fireplace and stunning views of Lake Superior
All pediatric inpatient families at Essentia Health have access to the House for day use. Overnight sleeping rooms are determined by patient acuity and require a Social Work referral.

Donation Drives

Pop Tabs
The pop tab program originated in Minnesota, and it continues to be one of our top fundraisers. Supporters are encouraged to collect tabs from pop cans, soup cans, pet food containers – anything with an aluminum tab.
Wish List
We can always use the following items:
- Dairy: Butter, cheese (block & shredded), shelf-stable milk, liquid eggs
- Snacks: Beef jerky, jerky & cheese combo packs, granola bars, fruit leathers
- Beverages: Juice boxes, sparkling water, sports drinks
- Pasta sauce: Alfredo and tomato
